KO-GA is a traditional Japanese term meaning outstanding elegance.

The structure of the traditional classical tuners were carefully reviewed and designed a new bearing structure which achieves greater concentricity and enhances durability.

The “Hourglass-shaped Worm gear” introduced for the first time ever in GOTOH classical guitar machine heads enables a 1:20 gear ratio, allowing for even finer tuning.

Moreover, the increased contact area with the gear even improves durability.

The string posts feature “Ultra-smooth Metal Ball Bearings”, delivering smoother, more stress-free tuning.
