Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We are committed to getting your order to you fast. Your order will be shipped within one business day. Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays do not qualify as business days. If you placed your order on Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday. However, we do aim to get your order out quickly, and lots of orders do go out the same day.

We use USPS as our carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation from us with tracking number once the order is shipped.

Credit Card Payment Verification
All payments are subject to verification by our billing department. If your shipping address is different than your billing address or if your credit card is from outside of the US, we recommend using PayPal to ensure your payment will be accepted.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means the item is returnable within 14 days of delivery.

General Terms
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Fees and Charges
Buyer receives the refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (2-5 business days on average), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation
When buyer request order cancellation before its shipped refund will be processed minus the payment processing fee. This fee is charged from the payment processor like PayPal, Credit Card, etc and this fee is not refundable when the order need to be cancelled. This fee usually can vary from 2.7% to 4% of the order total.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
