Shipping & Returns

We are committed to getting your order to you fast. Your order will be shipped within one business day. Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays do not qualify as business days. If you placed your order on Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday. However, we do aim to get your order out quickly, and lots of orders do go out the same day.

We do not have a storefront or offer over-the-counter sales. All domestic orders are typically shipped with the USPS. Tracking number will be provided once the order has been processed.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means the item is returnable within 14 days of delivery.

General Terms
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Fees and Charges
Buyer receives the refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (normally 2-5 days after we receive it), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Orders can be cancelled if not fulfilled yet. Please contact us if you need to cancel the order. If you have received a tracking number the order can no longer be cancelled or stopped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
