The Gotoh GB2 gives a sleek design and great tuning stability and quality to ensure precise pitch and accuracy.
These are not direct replacement tuning machines for vintage and vintage reissue Fender® basses. Although they appear similar, the footprint is not the same, so new holes are needed to install if retrofitting to a Fender® instrument.
